  3. How many messages a day/per hour can I send?

    Depending on what SMTP server you use, the number of sent messages may vary.

    SMTP protocol is used for sending emails. It is used for data transmission from the client to the server, between the servers, and ultimately to the recipient. Atomic Email Sender has a built-in SMTP server; however, for guaranteed delivery of messages, we recommend that you use external servers. To find out how to choose an SMTP server, read our article.

    For example, if the maximum number of messages that can be sent through the SMTP server you are using is 5000, then Atomic Email Sender will not be able to send more than this limit. In order to customize the program according to SMTP server limitations, you can select the limit of emails that will be sent per minute/hour/day. To increase the limit, we recommend that you use several SMTP servers simultaneously.

  4. How to customize your work through a proxy server

    First of all, you need to find one or several good proxy servers. They can be both free and paid. Then, enter their data in the “Settings” menu under the “Proxy” tab. Be sure to check that the proxies are suitable not only for browsing, but also for e-mail sending.

  5. How to adjust the settings to send emails directly (without using an SMTP server)?

    To adjust the settings to send emails directly without using an external SMTP server, go to “Settings,” then to “General Settings” – “SMTP,” and set “Type of distribution” as “Direct.” Do not forget to include the value of “HELO”.

    To determine the value of HELO in Atomic Email Sender, you need to go “Settings”, and then to “Common Settings” and the “Mailer” tab. Opposite the HELO value, there will be a link labeled “detect”. Click on it and copy and paste the line you see on the web site into the program settings.

  7. What is the SMTP server’ rotation and how do I use it?

    SMTP server’ rotation is a feature of Atomic Email Sender that allows you to send messages through several SMTP servers. The step-by-step process can be described the following way:

    Stage 1. The use of all SMTP servers is paused.

    Stage 2. The next SMTP server in the list is chosen.

    Stage 3. Emails are sent through the chosen SMTP server. The number of emails is limited by SMTP server rotation settings.

    Stage 4. Once the messages are sent through the active SMTP server (the number is limited by the rotation settings), the next server is chosen. Stages 1-4 are repeated.

  8. How do I know whether port-25 is blocked?

    Use the service Telnet to check if port-25 is open. Make sure Telnet is installed on your computer. To run the service, enter “cmd” in the command line (“Start” – “Run”). Then write “telnet smtp.com 25″ (without the quotation marks) and press OK. If port-25 is open, an empty black screen or the greeting message (code 220) will appear.

To uninstall a program
